Wedding & birthday gifts and add-ons carry a flat 2.5% instead of 5%, purely to cover the payment processor's transaction fees.
02Questions
What counts as a guest?
Any confirmed registration or RSVP against your event. Pending or abandoned payments don't count, and cancelled guests free up their slot.
Can I add capacity later?
Yes — from the attendees screen, in blocks of +100 / +200 or a custom amount. Anyone who registered over the limit is unlocked and emailed automatically.
When do I get paid out?
Collected ticket, gift and add-on money sits in your organization balance. Request a payout to your bank any time; funds typically arrive in 1–2 business days.
Is there a contract or monthly fee?
No. You pay per event — either the capacity fee or the 5% ticket commission. Nothing recurring.
